क्रिसमस बच्चों का सबसे प्रिय पर्व माना गया है। माना जाता है, कि इस इस दिन धरती पर सांता क्लोज आते है और बच्चों को गिफ्ट देकर जाते हैं। क्रिसमस हमेशा 25 दिसंबर को मनाया जाता है, इसकी तैयारियां 24 दिसंबर से शुरू हो जाती है और लोग अपने घर में क्रिसमस ट्री को गिफ्ट से सजाकर रखते हैं।

Merry Christmas इसाई धर्म के लोग इस दिन अपने परिवार वालों के साथ मिलकर मनाते हैं तो वहीं अन्य धर्म के लोग एक दुसरे को क्रिसमस बधाई संदेश भेजते हैं। माना जाता है की इस दिन इसाई धर्म के लोक प्रिय भगवान यीशु का जन्म हुआ था।इसलिए इस दिन को क्रिसमस डे यानि क्रिश्चन लोगों का दिन के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
